While relaxing Swedish Massage still has a range of benefits from increasing circulation and improving flexibility to relieving muscle tension and reducing stress. If this is your first time receiving massage or just looking to treat yourself this is the session for you!

Therapeutic
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Unlike Swedish Massage a deep tissue is more treatment oriented and focuses on the deeper muscle layers and fascia to release muscle tension.
This type of massage is beneficial for those who participate in intense exercise, have chronic pain, limited range of motion/mobility.
